Emi came over today and we had lunch together: we prepared a dish I loved making last year but didn't get around to cook a lot. Peter and Emi took care of the vegetables and I took care of the salmon, the white sauce and the potatoes.

Peter also took care of the scallops: he can cook them so well! It makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
