Cooking: Fresh Summery Amuse-Bouche

Mix together some mustard & yoghurt. Add salt & pepper.
Cut the peper & the radish in tiny pieces.
Slice the cucumber very thin.


Choose a starter glass and put a coffe spoon of yoghurt/mustard mixture first.
On top, add some yellow pepper, then the beef/salmon. Then the radish.
Add some more mixture and slices of cucumber (on the picture, there is no cucumber because I forgot it, so I used radish instead) and sprinkle with dill.
