Cooking: Fresh Summery Amuse-Bouche

Preparation Mix together some mustard & yoghurt. Add salt & pepper. Cut the peper & the radish in tiny pieces. Slice the cucumber very thin. Presentation Choose a starter glass and put a coffe spoon of yoghurt/mustard mixture first. On top, add some yellow pepper, then the beef/salmon. Then the radish.
