I decided to make Brussels Sprouts Soup this weekend.

Here's what you need: cut all the vegetables.

Melt the butter in the pressure cooker and add the cooking onion.

Melt the butter in the pressure cooker and add the cooking onion.
Peel the potatoes and add them to the onion. Add a vegetable stock if you have one/ want.
Add the sprouts. Stir.
Add the carrots and brocoli. Stir.
Add pepper, coarse salt and 4 liters of water.
Stir so that the spices sink in the soup and cover. Cook for approx.15 minutes.
Mix (I forgot to take a picture of the soup before mixing it.).
The soup is ready! Serve warm!
